Shawn Snell founded Keystone Consult to bring his extensive global experience and leadership in finance, business improvement, operational efficiencies, and digital transformation to businesses seeking strategic growth and operational excellence.
With a career spanning over 30 years across 15 countries and five continents, Shawn has led complex restructuring and business improvement initiatives in some of the world’s most challenging emerging markets.
Before founding Keystone Consult, Shawn served as Vice President of Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology at a leading global precious metals company listed on the NYSE, LSE, and JSE. During his tenure, he successfully spearheaded initiatives that drove significant cost reductions and operational efficiency improvements. His passion for value-driven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and innovative transformation has shaped Keystone Consult’s mission to deliver tailored, impactful solutions for its clients.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a CTA from the University of Cape Town, an Executive Development Program qualification from the University of Stellenbosch, a Leadership Development Certificate from INSEAD, and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town. He is also a Certified Director with the Institute of Directors South Africa, a member of the International Toastmasters and has and continue to serve on numerous boards and audit committees
